ABC of GA is the leading source of best practices, safety, & resources for the construction industry's companies, supporting the legislative and regulatory interests of those who build our state.(We are the "Siri, Alexa, Google" of the industry.)
Outcome 1: INDISPENSABLE INDUSTRY PARTNER
Outcome 2: WORKPLACE MAGNET & KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE PORTAL
ABC of GA attracts all facets of the construction industry's diverse workforce by providing education & invaluable lifelong connections, which support the recruitment & retention efforts of its member companies.
Outcome 3: ELEVATED CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY BRAND
ABC of GA fosters the construction industry's positive image & enhances its relevance to NextGen through its members, strategic alliances, enhanced marketing, cutting edge technology & communication tools, thereby growing the association's capacity & supporting the industry.
Outcome 4: PROACTIVE BUSINESS CONDUIT
ABC of GA proactively advocates for a business-friendly environment, serves as the vital connector for construction companies and their related industry partners, and facilitates the key relationships necessary to thrive.
Strategies
Outcome 1: INDISPENSABLE INDUSTRY PARTNER & BUSINESS CONDUIT
S1: Proactively explore a variety of industries and organizations with which to partner (eg: healthcare owners, movie studios, tech start-ups) to help members build projects, meet needs, & solve problems (ie: reducing metro area traffic congestion).
Outcome 2: WORKPLACE MAGNET & KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE PORTAL
S2: Engage Millennials & Gen Z by building a Young Professionals Network with a board position & committee engagement, and tailoring & promoting audience-specific events, networking, education & committees that appeal to entry level, Gen Z& the young workforce, which leads to an increased employee pool.
Outcome 2 & 3: WORKPLACE MAGNET & KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE PORTAL + ELEVATED CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY BRAND
S3: Remain relevant by identifying and continuously implementing technology and other platforms to effectively communicate across generational preferences, investing in distance learning with archiving (ie: record/archive Safety Forum and broadcast as a toolbox talk to member jobsites).
