ASHE training
Working in a health care facility is different from working in any other environment. Enjoy the pride of recognition by being among the elite in the critical field of healthcare construction.Earn or maintain your Certified Health Care Constructor (CHC) through ABC of Georgia's ASHE trainings. This certification is best for general contractors, supervisors, and project leaders in health care construction.

We offer a variety of programs that can help your team members advance their careers.

Future Leaders
‍
Through monthly leadership classes and peer interaction, the Future Leaders program helps to develop your employees in the areas of leadership, communication, team building, decision-making, conflict resolution, people skills, and other key competencies. Space is limited to 50 students to ensure a positive and impactful learning environment. Nominations will open in November for the 2024 program.

Construction Academy

This program was developed by ABC's Education Committee to help recent graduates and new hires bridge the gap between textbook theory and job site reality.
GCs, subs, suppliers and others who are new to the construction industry or those with changing roles will benefit greatly from this program. Program begins in March.

Business Essentials for Construction Leaders
‍
Business Essentials for Construction Leaders is a fully virtual education program. Based on the fundamentals of a mini-MBA curriculum, this program will help you learn, understand, and immediately apply practical management skills and financial knowledge. During this program, you will have 10 weeks of self-paced learning and six live facilitated learning discussions, all along with a cohort of your peers for additional networking and social learning. Program launches February 8.
