Damien Crandall, Operations Director at Balfour Beatty, leads projects teams across Balfour Beatty's operations in Georgia. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science from Auburn University and as a service member in the United States Navy, Damien’s career reflects a deep commitment to leadership and service. He brings more than 18 years of experience leading high-profile, complex projects in markets that include local government, K–12, higher education, hospitality, residential, office, adaptive reuse and renovation.

Damien's commitment to the growth and betterment of the construction industry is evident through his active involvement with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Since 2007, he has played a pivotal role in the Membership Development Committee, serving as the committee chair and earning the prestigious ABC Builder's Cup award three times. Damien's passion for cultivating the next generation of leaders is unmatched, as he actively engages with young builders, mentoring and encouraging their participation in ABC networking events.
