General Contractor: Michael Percy is a Project Director with 20 years of construction experience. He has led our PM teams on two of the largest healthcare projects ever for Brasfield & Gorrie, the Northeast Georgia Health System Gainesville Clinical Expansion ($442 million) in Gainesville, Georgia, and the Marcus Tower at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital ($358 million) in Atlanta, Georgia. A skilled problem solver with a keen ability to lead teams through challenges, Michael enjoys the people he works with even more than he does the variety and excitement of his job. Being surrounded by so many bright and uniquely talented individuals helps him to succeed at his personal mission to be better each day than he was the day before. An Eagle Scout who lives by the “be prepared” motto, Michael energizes and unites teams to deliver exceptional projects to owners through the most innovative, efficient, and fiscally responsible means. Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree from Southern Polytechnic State University. He is currently serving as a Director on the Board of ABC and a graduate of the ABC Future Leaders program. Michael is a devoted husband to his wife Lindsay and a dedicated father to Tripp (15), Whitten (13), and Stocks (7).
