Kristen Worosz is currently a Senior Preconstruction Manager at Reeves Young where she is responsible for leading teams in the successful bid and award of projects in the public sector as well as the hospitality and multi-family markets.  Kristen received a BS in Marketing from George Mason University and a second degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from The Catholic University of America.  A stint in the Navy, a period of time working as a civil engineer, and a hurricane on her honeymoon led her to Atlanta over two decades ago.  In over twenty years in Atlanta, Kristen has worked with top general contractors and a fabulous network of subcontractors.

Kristen is no stranger to ABC.  From her days as a student at CUA she was involved with the ABC chapter in Metro DC.  When she came to Atlanta it was important to her to make sure that whatever company she worked with was already, or would soon become, an ABC member.  The ABC Georgia journey began over twenty years ago for Kristen, sitting on various committees including Community Involvement, a short time with Workforce Development, and a time with the Membership Committee and Education Committee.

It was Kristen’s ABC mentors while in school that really taught her that the success of any project is dependent on the subcontractors you have on the team.  She took that to heart and now takes pride in the relationships she has developed over the years with the subcontractor market.  It is the knowledge and experience of the subcontractors that allows her to celebrate her achievements, both big and small, on a regular basis.  It is because of what she had through ABC early in her career that has her committed to ensuring that the next generation is prepared for their own achievements and success.
