Future Leaders Program
For over 15 years, ABC's Future Leaders Program has developed hundreds of leaders within Georgia's construction industry. Future Leaders alumni have gone on to become vice presidents, directors, and senior level managers within their organizations. A few alumni have even gone onto start their own companies.

Through monthly leadership classes and peer interaction, Future Leaders helps develop your employees in the areas of communication, leadership, motivation, negotiation, conflict resolution, people skills, financial management and other key competencies.

It is preferable (but not mandatory) that nominated individuals have current or future management and decision-making responsibility and have been with their company for at least a year. Due to limited space of 36 participants, employees of ABC member companies will receive first priority. Companies may nominate more than one employee. However, depending on demand, the number of employees per company may be limited.

To apply for Future Leaders, interested individuals must be nominated by their supervisor or another executive at their company. Nominations open in September for the following year.

Nominate your 2019 Future Leaders today! Nominations are due by November 30, 2019.
