Holliston, MA (March 2017).  In the fall of 2018, Forsyth County Schools is scheduled to open the doors to Denmark High School, a brand new 397,000-sf school in Alpharetta, GA.  In addition to classrooms, Denmark, which will be the district’s sixth high school, will contain a competition and auxiliary gymnasium, auditorium/theater, media
center, kitchen, cafeteria, as well as a 3,000-sf Animal Sciences building.

The Animal Sciences building, as well as the property’s existing horse stable, riding ring, and barn stalls, will be utilized by the school to teach students about agricultural mechanics, animal grooming, and how to administer exams and offer treatment for the animals.
Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. (Griffin Electric), a leading area electrical subcontractor, is responsible for all electrical, telecommunication, sound, paging and fire alarm systems
on-site.  The Georgia Griffin team, led by Region Manager Allen Trzecieski, will be installing LED site lighting fixtures, stadium lighting, and all utilities for the school’s football, baseball/softball, and soccer fields, which includes team locker rooms and
concession stands.  Griffin Electric will also wire for electrical and telecom services in the stadium press boxes.

The project team includes construction manager Barton Malow Company of Alpharetta and BRPH of Atlanta, who is serving jointly as architect and electrical engineer.
