The W Hotel & Residences project in downtown Atlanta is complete, thanks to numerous ABC of Georgia member companies. Twenty-nine subcontractors partnered with general contractor Hardin Construction Company, LLC, to make the 460,000 sq. ft. structure a reality. "Over $65.4 million in subcontracts and POs were awarded to ABC members to help build the W," said Matt Waddell, Construction Manager with Hardin
Construction, LLC.

The W contains 15 levels of hotel space, 12 levels of condominiums, and three levels of amenities including an outdoor pool, fitness room, spa, meeting space, ballrooms, restaurant, destination bar and a rooftop helipad for quick access to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. "ABC members working with other ABC members was truly showcased on this very successful project," Waddell added.

Last fall, some participating ABC member companies gathered at the new ABC headquarters to represent their involvement with the project.
