MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
ABC of Georgia offers many benefits to help increase the success of its member firms. These benefits provide a superior return on investment which means ABC membership does not cost, it pays! Click here to join!

Networking

Monthly membership meetings and outings provide many excellent opportunities to network with your peers.  Meetings usually offer presentations on topics pertinent to the construction industry. Events such as our golf tournament, networking events, state convention, etc., also offer a chance to meet with other ABC of Georgia members while also having some fun! Check out upcoming events on our home page or  calendar.

Business Development Opportunities
ABC members prefer to do business with other ABC members. Business development opportunities are created through networking with other members and through programs offered by ABC National such as the National online contractor directory - www.findcontractors.com - and the Accredited Quailty Contractor (AQC) program. The Excellence in Construction Awards program and gala recognize the efforts and hard work of members that result in excellent construction projects.

Training and Education

ABC of Georgia offers nearly 50 educational seminars on management and safety topics per year, with registration fees that are on average less than half of what other organizations charge for similar courses.   We also provide financial support to the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia (CEFGA) which addresses the craft training needs and improving the image of Georgia’s construction industry. Check out ABC's extensive training and educational offerings on our calendar.

Legislative Representation

The combined efforts of ABC of Georgia and ABC National ensure that our views are represented and heard on a local and national level. ABC of Georgia represents members before the Georgia General Assembly, Governor's office, Regulatory Agencies and local governmental entities. ABC National’s Government Affairs Department has an extensive staff of lobbyists and others working on federal legislation impacting the construction industry.  For more information about ABC of Georgia's local and national legislative efforts, go to our Government Affairs page.
