Holiday Auction
Wrap up your year with ABC!

Every December, ABC of Georgia hosts a Holiday Auction, which includes a rapid and a silent auction. Registration fees include a plated dinner, a drink ticket, and an auction paddle for winning rapid auction items. Member companies can purchase a full table or individual registrations. This is a fun way to celebrate another strong year with your team and see other ABC members before the holidays. 

Registration for the Holiday Auction opens in October.

The Key Players
Auctioneer: Our auctioneer leads the auction by announcing items and accepting bids from attendees.
Bidders: Bidders place a bid on items by lifting and keeping their paddles in the air.
Gong-er: The gong-er, with their back to the audience, hits the gong to signify the bidding time is up.

How it works
Upon arrival, each attendee receives a red or upgraded blue paddle with a unique number. Once the rapid auction begins our auctioneer will announce the item up for auction--which is when those paddles fly! Bidders who would like to win the item lift their paddles into the air and our auctioneer starts to call out numbers. Once the gong-er hits the gong, ending the bidding time, the last number to be called wins the item!

Making a Donation
Due to limited space, ABC accepts rapid ($40-$100) and silent ($100+) auction items starting in November. However, if you would like to make a financial donation for ABC to shop with on your behalf, you can make a donation at any time throughout the year.
