ABC founded the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia (CEFGA) many years ago to address the craft training needs of Georgia’s construction industry. Today, CEFGA is a growing and thriving organization. Below are some facts and updates regarding CEFGA and its accomplishments.
The Construction Education Foundation of Georgia (CEFGA) is a non-profit organization supported by the construction industry. CEFGA’s mission is to facilitate a network in our state to attract the best workers for the construction industry of Georgia. The number-one issue facing the construction industry today is a shortage of skilled craft workers. CEFGA is committed to addressing the skilled labor shortage.

Through its network of 30-plus high schools and countless industry volunteers, CEFGA has reached more than 1,000 high school students with positive news about a career in construction.
